Hawai’i Pacific University is a private, non-for-profit, nonsectarian, coeducational institution of higher education. Over 8,000 undergraduate and graduate students attend from all 50 states and more than 100 countries. The University is strategically located in downtown Honolulu, in the center of the Pacific Rim—the region with the fastest growing economies in the world.
Hawai’i Pacific is committed to working closely with the ELS University Placement Service to:
- Process our student applications quickly
- Issue Conditional Letters of Acceptance to our academically-qualified candidates
- Accept completion of ELS level 112 as meeting their English proficiency requirements for undergraduate and graduate degree programs
- Ensure a smooth transition to University study for your students, through the support of the on-campus ELS Language Center (opening June 2008) and attentive support from HPU faculty members--known for their student mentoring, academic excellence, and global perspective.

Undergraduate degrees include Business, Computer Science, Finance, Information Technology, Oceanography, and Travel Industry Management. Graduate programs include Information Systems, Business, Marine Biology, Nursing, Communication, and Global Leadership and Economic Development.
Two of Hawai’i Pacific University’s Master’s programs are important to highlight: the exciting MBA and Master’s of Science in Information Systems programs, both of which will issue Conditional Letters of Acceptance and will not require submission of GMAT or GRE (respectively) results, until just prior to fulltime University matriculation.
