We are pleased to announce that the University of Michigan – Flint has joined our ELS Language Centers’ University and Career School Cooperative Program. Flint is one of three campuses in the famous University of Michigan system, along with campuses in Ann Arbor and Dearborn.
University of Michigan – Flint is a comprehensive, public university with extensive degree offerings, such as in Computer Science & Information Systems, Business Administration, Education, and Health Sciences, where the 2006 nursing graduates had a 100% pass rate on their National licensure examination.
The University will issue a Conditional Letter of Admission (CLA) to our academically-qualified undergraduate students who apply through the ELS Language Centers’ University Placement Service. The CLA will confirm that upon passing ELS Level 112 (in lieu of taking the TOEFL or IELTS tests), your student will be granted full acceptance to the University. They are committed to processing our applications quickly.
University of Michigan - Flint has a beautiful 29-hectare park-like campus, located on the north and south banks of the Flint River. The International Student Organization provides numerous social and cultural programs. The mid-size city of Flint, with a population of about 125,000, is located an hour from Detroit, and an hour and a half from our ELS Language Center in Grand Rapids, MI.
